It's been 2 months, no answer yet!!!

Hope one of you guys from d3p read this... I submitted a ticket more than two months ago regarding XForce. My request number is 107393.

I have sent like 5 or 6 e-mails already asking what happened and nobody answers, you don't even confirm that you got my e-mail. The thing is I sold my XForce just as you told me. It's been two months since your last response and I still don't have my covers or my HP back. I've been looking for a phone number and cannot find it.

What can I do? My name in game is FerMelankazter.

Hope somebody finally contacts me.
