    I've seen this happen sometimes in PVE essentials. Scroll through your roster and pick QS.

    Yeah, this happened to me too about a week ago. It never even occurred to me to try and add the character manually until a couple hours later.

    Yeah, it's a well-known bug that seems to happen randomly. Perhaps until it's is addressed, we should sticky this do people coming here for first time will get the answer quickly.
