Alliance Kicking... what's the cooldown period?

Um... basically what it says in the subject, but I'll reword so I can actually type something meaningful in here...

I've got a player that I need to sub out for the PvP, but he hasn't responded to messages and left on his own yet. If I kick him, I know there's a time period he has to wait before he can reapply, and I'm concerned about freezing him out of the PvE. How long is that wait period?

    If he leaves, 15 minutes. If you kick, I think it's 24 hours.

    That's my only concern. I've heard 24 hours and 36 hours... and there's only about 37 hours left in the PvE (give or take). I don't want to cut it too close if I can help it.

    Yeah, not 36. It might be less than 24, but we let folks merc out for PVE's (I've done it occasionally) and we're all back in just over 24 hours.
