Recently I had to request from customer service that I be sent a Captain America redflag.png. It took them under 2 days to respond, react and resolve. I had the cover in about ~30 Hours from initial contact, no run around, no mess, no jokes.

I know the Customer Service guys can sometimes be a bit frustrating with this company and I definitely don't think this should earn them a free pass on anything else, but I can't morally be vocal about the bad without being congratulatory on the good.
