Last Week's Connection Issues - An Update On Compensation

Hello everyone,

On March 9th, a number of players began reporting problems connecting to MPQ. While we began investigating quickly, no obvious causes were immediately found and sorting through possible causes and fixes did take some time. We believe the problem is now fixed. If you are still having trouble connecting to the game, it is likely unrelated to the situation last week and we ask that you submit a ticket to Customer Support here: https://d3publisherofamerica.zendesk.co ... quests/new

As an apology for any connection issues you may have encountered, we will be issuing 3 x Tokens for Dark Avengers: Heroic (featuring a new character) to all players who logged into the game between March 9th and March 13th, 2015. Compensation is set to begin going out today. If you logged into the game between Mar. 9 & Mar. 13 and haven't received these tokens by tomorrow evening, please contact support at the link above.

    i've been pretty negative on you guys for the past week, so i want to be fair and acknowledge/thank you when you do something nice. i haven't gotten them yet, but thank you in advance for the tokens.

    I thought by 'connection' you meant not listening to us about nerfing 2*Magneto and by 'compensation' you meant you weren't gonna nerf 2*Mag

    Well, its good that we will get compensation. But I was one of those whose was affected by issue and I lost my last 3 hours in Luke Cage PVP, and 20 hours in Hunt PVE. I dont think that 3 tokens that probably give me 3 moonstones are worth that loss. But anyway, I understand that its hard to track down every affected player, so its ok for me. Thanks for compensation

    About the same for me, if I decide to sell squirrel girl again. Gotta say the new art is appealing.

    More Mischief? Yes, please. I'll also use the Storm yellow as that is her 13th cover. I also did not experience connection issues so this was all gravy.

    The cover art doesn't make her more functional in-game. That's my problem; the reason I ditched her. I take ugly Cyclops over great cover art Squirrel Girl any time.
