Hello everyone,

On March 9th, a number of players began reporting problems connecting to MPQ. While we began investigating quickly, no obvious causes were immediately found and sorting through possible causes and fixes did take some time. We believe the problem is now fixed. If you are still having trouble connecting to the game, it is likely unrelated to the situation last week and we ask that you submit a ticket to Customer Support here: https://d3publisherofamerica.zendesk.co ... quests/new

As an apology for any connection issues you may have encountered, we will be issuing 3 x Tokens for Dark Avengers: Heroic (featuring a new character) to all players who logged into the game between March 9th and March 13th, 2015. Compensation is set to begin going out today. If you logged into the game between Mar. 9 & Mar. 13 and haven't received these tokens by tomorrow evening, please contact support at the link above.
