Don't know who to level next...

These are the closest I have to maxed covers:
Hood - 5/5/3 - lvl 100
Psylocke - 5/3/5 - lvl 120
Falcon - 5/5/2 - lvl 100
Loki - 5/5/1 - lvl 100
Mohawk - 5/3/5 - lvl 91
Inv. Woman - 4/4/5 - lvl 80
Fury - 5/3/4 - lvl 70

I also have:
Panther - 5/3/1
Sentry - 4/3/2
Blade - 5/2/3

My intuition is telling me Hood because that's who I see maxed most often in PVP. But I also find him really easy to kill right away. He's not intimidating to me at all. I'm stuck on Psylocke, Falcon, Loki, Mohawk and Fury. In fact, none of them are really intimidating. I love Loki, but I only have 1 green cover, so he's kind of wimpy still. Please help! I will love you forever. Thanks in advance

I'm no expert, but I say continue to save your ISO. Hood and Falcon are really good role players. Those two can be effective at 120-130. Falcon in particular will work great with your Blade. However, you don't have that solid "centerpiece" ready yet. You need someone who can put out high damage and take it as well. Lazy Cap and Lazy Thor, even Hulk. HP healers like Patch or Daken would work too. Psylocke is fun to play and she might work with Hood, but she's not "extra special".

Human Torch is missing one cover and so is at 153, same with Doom.

Well, that bit of info changes a lot.

I'd say level up your Falcon and Hood to 130-140! They are by far the most useful characters you originally listed. And Loki too once you get that lovely green going.

Whoops, almost forgot your Blade. He's close and a ton of fun to play with Daken and Falcon.
