And furthermore, who the hell sets Murderous Aim at 16AP that does an additional 8,200 damage if Murderous Aim makes the total number of criticals on the board 4 (32AP) AND THEN SETS THE CEILING AT 30?

I think you're missing the point. Murderous Aim is certainly not worth 16AP. It costs 16 AP specifically so that you can't drop it twice in a turn. If the AP cap were 999, Murderous Aim would cost 500 AP. If the AP cap were 20, it would cost 11.
That's such a tinykitty move... This is worse than the RGB Mew hack prank. "Let's make Bullseye the most dangerous character in the game." "What? I guess." "But let's make it so you can never use his secondary ability!!! Buwahaha *evil laughter* and so on. This is quite literally the digital equivalent of "just the tip." tinykitty you, D3P. Because you've obviously said tinykitty you to us. They literally created a fully active character and then locked his special ability. Brings to mind the flight limit in Sword Art Online series: "Hey, my character can fly 'z' feet high. " "The flight limit is set at 'm.'" "But my character is capable of 'z.'" "No, you only get 'm,' your character is not allowed past 'm.'" "BUT I'm capable of 'Z!'" "No..no..no no." -Consuela

I have no idea what the tinykitty you're saying. As far as I can tell, you're not *actually* upset about the 30 AP cap, you really seem to be more upset that Bullseye doesn't have an "I win!" button. You should probably delete the game and move on with your life.

Bullseye is just one character I'm upset about, but the main one. And I am mad. It's a tease.
  • I suggest you try running Bullseye with MarvelNow Magneto. If you gather 16 Black and 18 Purple, you'll definitely be able to fire off the ability; it's easier than collecting 30 black and 7, 8 Purple for OBW. Might only need 9 purple if you have a good blue set up.

--edit Ack, GothicKratos already beat me to it way earlier in the thread.

@TheNewCaptain: Do not filter dodge, it exists for a reason (and if you didn't know it existed, now you officially do). icon_e_biggrin.gif

The only characters I frequently hit the AP cap limit on is CapAm while juggling shield returns, Mystique infiltration cascades, GSBW green generation (when I have just under enough for a sniper rifle and set up a purple) and 4hor charged tile madness. I wouldn't mind boosting the cap to 40 but it wouldn't affect 90% of my games.

Just gonna do Doom, Bullseye, and Hawkeye. Easy enough. Also, tinykitty, a potato, and three large fries. Because we don't know if those are bad words. I'll stop.
  • Anyhow, thanks for the contributions fellows.
  • Well played, GothicKratos. Kudos. Kudos.
