Unjust Sandbox Appeal Help!

My account name is Liaomiao. I am a returning player from a long (7 months or so) hiatus. Upon coming back I have discovered I am unable to join an Alliance. A bit of research told me that this is because my account has been sandboxed due to suspected cheating.

I immediately filed a ticket. Three days later someone from the support team contacted me. To my shock they said after reviewing my account the ruling stands and that I am no longer eligible for support. No further details were given.

I have never cheated or used any form of exploit at all.

Before I stopped playing I was a very active player for about 4 months (from maybe Dec 2013 to Apr 2014). When Alliances were introduced I joined Godlike lead by Chucknova, a top 50 Alliance back then and got top 3 in most PvP events. Everything was in order when I left in April, I was not sandboxed then.

Things that may have contributed to my getting sandbox, if i had to guess, could be because I had about 500k iso saved up before I left (was using ISO stragetically on buffed characters) and about 400 tokens saved (had nothing I could get back then, only covers I was missing were Invis Woman and some new heroes that weren't implemented into the tokens then. I also accidentally saved to the wrong facebook account when I initially returned (basically forgot to use my MPQ account and used my ordinary facebook out of habit) and changed it back. Obviously I did not benefit at all from this.

Can anyone help me at all please? Let me stress that I have NEVER cheated. Looking at my game time, rewards and progress should add up. Can any old players who may recognise my name vouch for me? Or can anyone tell me why it's possible that this could happen at all?

I was going to suggest D3PCS, but nobody's used that account in months.

500k Iso seems to be magic number where game decides 'lol ur cheetah', which I guess stop the most blatant cheaters (and do nothing against smart ones). This happens both for small players and whales. I would imagine they no longer have 'logs' to check if it was earned and not hacked in. Best of luck, I would be pissed if it happen to me (and I'm at nearly 400k so...).

Darn, but I just recently (last couple of days) spent my 400 tokens, obviously because I was trying my luck at getting the new characters. Surely they have logs of that and that's evidence that I've been around since forever and saved up the ISO right? I'm assuming you can hack iso and hp but not tokens

I already contacted David about 30 hours ago. I got this message from support this morning so I'm posting because I'm aggrieved.

That's because Twysta set a precedence for 1 million (*put pinky to mouth*) ISO and getting sandboxed, then Demiurge fixed it.

It could be that you didn't play for months then suddenly there is this guy that pops up and cashes in 400 tokens. Maybe when they looked for you, they just didnt go back far enough. They obviously don't delete old or unused accounts because yours was still accessible. So there has to be a record somewhere.

I bet it's got something with my accidentally login in with the wrong facebook account then switching back

I was hit with a high level ISO sandbox before Twstya. Took multiple emails to customer service, a lot of waiting, almost a week to get out of it, no real explanation and a belated pseudo-apology but it was the only possible variable that I had that would have triggered it.

It has happened to a few others since but apparently there have been steps taken to remove / reduce future occurences.

David has asked customer support to take another look at it and hopefully they will
But I haven't heard from them yet since they told me the ruling stands

I wouldn't be this annoyed if I were a cheater. I've spent a lot of time and effort into this game just to have my account barred

I'm also very disappointed in customer support telling me not only that their erroneous ruling stands, but that I'm prohibited from further support, effectively blocking off the usual avenue for appeal. It doesn't sound like they put much effort into their review if they were unable to detect that I had never cheated in my 4 months of play
