Background music slider

during play, I like to silence the background music but everytime I or the computer has a 4 tile match, the background music starts up again. Is it just me or does everyone experience this?

I too have had this happen, on a Note 2.

I also tried it on another phone and a nexus 7. They bgm's just start playing after some time despite me turning down the slider to zero.

This also happens to me on an iPhone 5. I have noticed the music comes back on after defeating an enemy or boss. When fighting multiple enemies, the music comes back on after defeating one enemy.

We're in the process of getting this fixed right now.
I understand how bad it can be, especially if you are trying to stealth play

Looks like it's been fixed! Now i can play silently while pooping in public bathrooms!
